Working at Valley Geotechnical
Lydia is a Geotechnical Engineer- in-Training. She has been with Valley Geo since May 2025, where she has worked on a variety of different projects involving site investigations, field reviews, writing reports, and Erosion and Sediment Control Monitoring.
Education & Experience
Lydia Graduated from Western University in Ontario with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. During her studies she developed an interest in geotechnical engineering through courses and lab work involving soil mechanics, site investigations, and foundation design. Since joining Valley Geo she has continued to build her experience through fieldwork, technical reporting, and managing multiple projects.
Outside of Work
When Lydia is not working, she enjoys hiking, camping, and spending time by lakes. She loves to explore new places and spend her time outdoors.
